Shore’s Privacy Policy relates to the confidentiality of personal information utilized in the provision of services and supports for persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, and for the protection of others who support the organization with contributions. This information is a general overview and is not intended to present detail of each policy or procedure.
Notice of Privacy Practices and Related Rights of Persons Served
Shore respects the confidentiality of individuals and only releases confidential information with written consent, and in accordance with all federal and state laws. If the individual has any questions about this policy, or their rights, he/she should contact:

They may also contact the Program Manager or Director of the program in which the individual is enrolled. A more complete listing of an individual’s rights regarding the collection, storage, amending and releasing of personal information, including the right to file complaints, are found in the “Notice of Privacy Practices and Related Rights of Persons Served.”
Protection of Contributors Information
Shore does not sell its mailing list of contributors and individuals. In addition, with advanced notification, the Agency honors the request of a contributor to remain anonymous in any, or all, of its publications.
