Planned Giving

Welcome to Planned Giving at Shore

Bequests, or gifts from estates, can help secure the future for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

Planned giving is one of the most powerful tools you, as a donor, can do to realize your legacy as well as make the most highly tax-efficient bequest to charity.

Please consider naming Shore Community Services as a beneficiary of your will/trust. You can make a bequest to Shore Community Services for a percentage of your estate or a specific dollar amount.  You can designate your bequest for general use or you can restrict its use.

Additionally, many individuals establish endowments that honor the memory of a family member or another loved one.  Endowments live forever since only the interest is used on an as needed basis.
